Consider the character, habits, skills, boundaries, and support your hoped-for responsibility would require. Where are you prepared? Where is growth needed? What would faithfulness look like without public recognition?

I choose preparation over performance, stewardship over comparison, and humility over self-promotion. My confidence is rooted in Christ, not visibility or outcomes. I will remain teachable, grounded, and faithful with what God has placed in my hands.
